Tired of Grinding Flax Seeds? Go Chia!

So most of us have been upping our flax seed intake and as if it doesn't take long enough to make that healthy morning oatmeal having to grind our flax seed just adds to the work and time that goes into it.

So why not substitute Chia seeds? It loaded with Omega 3 and has protein and so much more to boot.
